"This is a dull glass box building!! It looks just like 500 north lake shore drive. There is no character to it at all. Its been done 100 times and a few pretty colorful water color renderings are not even what the project will end up looking like. What was proposed there at that site years ago was a beautiful development. Then SCB got a hold of it and now we have a glass box with zero personality!
