Checking In With SCB-Designed 360 West Hubbard

New, 13 comments

A few days ago, we paid our first visit to 360 West Hubbard in River North, where developer Habitat Company is constructing a 43-story rental tower. Located on a surface parking lot near the upscale East Bank Club, the building's concrete skeleton has been rising rather slowly, and is currently around ten stories high. As you can see from the photos, it's already making its presence felt at the intersection of Illinois and Kingsbury streets. Designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB), the 450-unit highrise will be LEED Silver certified and contain 29,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space available for year-round activities. Construction is expected to wrap in late 2013. Check back for more updates!
