Speed's tour of Chicago celebrates the labor movement and "hobohemian" spirit that are part of the city's most interesting landmarks frequented by Chicago's bums, tramps and hobos. Expect an animated conversation with the Italian Fascist personality that inhabits the Balbo Monument (which he dubs "insane ancient Roman column"), among other outlandish adventures.
