Respectable LSD 2-Bed has Secret Weapon in Giant Terrace

New, 3 comments

One advantage that newer Streeterville buildings carry over older Gold Coast ones are private balconies. If you focus in next time you're stumbling around trying to find a LSD underpass, you'll become aware of the disparity. That being said, 990 N LSD is not a balcony building. There's at least one unit with a private terrace, though, basically a happy accident of construction. You see, the terrace is plunked on top of the parking podium. Who'd have figured fourth-floor living would have such advantages? The new-to-market 2-bed corner unit has unobstructed lake views, high end finishes, custom kitchen cabinets, Ebony herringbone floors, wet bar, and in-unit laundry. Although the 1,000-square-foot terrace is pinched between two towers, it also fronts the lake for some good morning sun. The ask? $799K. Respect.
