Six-Bed Home With Backyard Oases Unloaded For $3.13M

New, 1 comment

Seems like lately we've been focusing more on historic homes when it comes to Lincoln Park. So why not spotlight this relative youngin' on Cleveland that sold for $3.13M? The listing would have us believe it's on the "best Lincoln Park block." Not quite, but a home like this definitely ups the desirability quotient. After rifling through the listing photos, we're hardpressed to find anything wrong these interiors, except for the kitchen, which seems a little tight for this price point. But how about the elegant living room, favored by an ornate fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows? There's also a rec room complete with a bar and separate play room for the kiddos. And while we don't usually spend too much time extolling the virtues of bathrooms, this one deserves special mention. It's outfitted with classy light fixtures, a whirpool tub, and a steam shower. The 6,500-square foot home also comes with high ceilings, hardwood floors, granite counters, multiple outdoor areas, and easy access to a nearby park.
