Secluded Contempo Plays The 'Urban Oasis' Card And Sells

This irregular treat on a secluded Lincoln Park corner lot went under contract pretty directly after listing in May, and we're not the least bit surprised. A fine piece of sculpture on the approach, the mashup isn't interpreted quite so faithfully in the interiors which are basically white boxes with sharper-than-usual angles. The 4/4 home's walnut floors do a lot to jazz up the spaces. And the mirror-clad master bedroom with fireplace throws a wrench in the scheme, but it's forgivable. Other highlights: multiple terraces and decks; large yards; custom stone baths; and, good natural light. Closing for $1.325M with an original list of $1.385M, this one seems like money well spent.
