Development Update: Ravenswood Terrace

New, 15 comments

Last we heard, the proposed Ravenswood Station commercial development had just welcomed Ravenswood Terrace, the residential component, to the show. The Terrace included at least one 6-story building amidst a cluster of townhouses for a total of 162 units. The Station, which will boast a Mariano's Fresh Market and an L.A. Fitness, is going before the Chicago Plan Commission later this week. And after more review and revision, the Terrace has dipped to 150 units, with four- and five-story apartment buildings plus three-story six-flats. Also, more greenspace and pedestrian walkways have been added. A little behind schedule, momentum appears to finally be on the side of the developers. Head on over to Central Square Journal for the latest site plans. [CSJ, previously]
