Over on Skyscraper Page, the planned 435 North Park Drive tower has its own thread— one of a privileged few. It helps that the hotel/apartment tower will soar 635 feet with 400 hotel rooms and 400 rental units. The SCB mock-up is only about half the height of the old Waldorf proposal for the river-proximate Streeterville site, but it's no slouch in this day and age. And, just today, we've been treated to photographic evidence that site prep has begun. SSP user Swicago Swi Sox snapped an aerial of the site, which has transitioned from parking lot to mud pit.
