A 4,000-square-foot condo on the 19th floor of a 25-story 1970s Gold Coast building has recently become a short sale. It's been on and off the market for nearly three years, and had a pending sale several months ago that clearly didn't materialize. As you can see, the space is no longer lived in but was left in stellar condition. The unit comes equipped with hardwoods throughout, media room with cherry built-ins, master suite w/ two walk-ins and two baths, office, two balconies, two kitchens, wet bar, and a built-in audio system. The extra-kitchen anomaly is a byproduct of the combination of two side-by-side units. If there's any detracting features it's that some of the windows have that clunky 70s thing to them and the ceilings are average height at best. OK, you have enough. What's she asking?
