On the market for $765K, the 1,750-square foot res also sports a recessed balcony, marble baths, SS-apps, high-end cabinetry, and access to building amenities like a pool, heated dog run, and rooftop deck. It's been two years since the last price drop, and still no action. Is another reduction in the cards?
