For $1.25M: Chic 3-Bed Unit With "Awarding Winning" Interiors

New, 6 comments

After recently blogging about a unit in 500 W. Superior, the erstwhile HQ of Montgomery Ward, we found ourself there again, this time for a new-to-market property with an eyebrow-raising price of $1.25M. That's nearly double the ask of the unit previously covered. Its award-winning interiors, a perfect match for the building, push the envelop beyond contemporary to almost futuristic. Space flows effortlessly from room to room. One of the decor's signature elements, a dramatic, full-height light wall, bathes the interiors in a heavenly glow. We're also duly impressed by the minimal kitchen outfitted with a sleek, Corian-topped island. The 2,250-square foot, 3-bed residence features oak floors, travertine bathrooms, and articulated ceilings. One drawback: with a northern exposure, the 21st floor unit doesn't have the marquee views, but there's always the rooftop.
