'4 Floors of Fab' Invade 1874 Lincoln Park Greystone

So here we are, still lingering in the 1870s with no desire to leave. We just happened upon this new listing of a near-perfect Greystone on a "mansion street" in east Lincoln Park with fully refinished interiors. The 4/5 home has "4 floors of fab" (they said it, not us), 11' ceilings, basement nanny quarters, master suite w/ new bath and his & her closets, a kitchen with den, and a reshaped floorplan "to fit today's needs" (we're guessing that means more bathrooms). The home also boasts a wood-burning fireplace, deck, skylights, wet bar, heated floors, and a gallery. All of which is flooded in "Holly Hunt-inspired" details. Well then! Sign us up! Oh wait, it costs $1.55M? Never mind.
