If this isn't the one of the best urban chic rich kid pads, we don't know what is. How else to explain the drunken decorating decisions: pinks and purples splashed freely; a sofa to seat 50; double-sided fireplace and flat screen; electronic blinds; a tropical-themed stained glass bathroom window; and, a kitchen that almost seems like an addition to the bar. Yeah, this place is all about overkill. And still, we can't help but be drawn to it. The 1,200-square-foot wrap around balcony with insane city and lake views doesn't hurt matters. Bringing the tropical theme to fruition is a fake palm tree bar table. Otherwise, the plants are real and abundant. New-to-market, the initial asking price for the 2,700-square-foot 2-bed is $1.4M. Best priced penthouse on the market? We're not sure about that, but it's at least a helluva lot cheaper than the nearby jungle space that is The Contemporaine's premier listing.
