An artist duo known simply as Lucie and Simon have given the post-apocalyptic treatment to photographs of a range of iconic urban places, removing all but a trace of population for effect. Their project, dubbed "Silent World" plays up the popular film-making practice of using a neutral density filter create unlikely scenes for Zombie flicks and Sci-Fi thrillers. If you've seen the effect before, you haven't seen it spread around to the world's densest locales. Amazing how cities are just a mass of useless scrap without us.
