$200K Off the Top of One of Our Favorite Riverfront Dwellings

New, 2 comments

With real estate's high season upon us, it's time for folks with properties already on the market to get serious about making a sale. And if your property shines especially bright in the warm months, like this prime riverfront abode in Lincoln Square, then you'd better start piling on the incentives. If you recognize this place that's because we've already written about it, twice. Hitting the market last June for $1.45M, a couple of steep cuts (most recently $200K) have the ask down to $1.099M. Considering the large brick house sports 3,900-square-feet of bright, handsome interiors, that its large landscaped yard backs onto a private dock, and that it's walking distance to Lincoln Square's commercial strips, seems like the new ask oughta be in somebody's wheelhouse. We'll find out soon enough.
