So what brought Rodkin to the site? The gracious and now converted condominium buildings boast a high-flying listing: A seventh-floor 4,000-square-foot Ambassador West unit with classy decor, big windows, two balconies, and four exposures. With "views that will never go out of style", the seller is asking $3.3M, way more than a lower floor unit half-the-size that recently sold for $1.125M.
