Update: Photos have arrived!
During their married years, Michael and Juanita Jordan certainly made their presence felt in local real estate. Their 2006 divorce divided properties, MJ laying claim to the 65,000-square-foot Highland Park mansion and Juanita keeping an 8,000-square-foot lakefront triplex. We're guessing neither one missed the other, in terms of holdings. The listing of both, so close together, almost seems like a coordinated affair. But surely it's not. Crain's Chicago Business first broke the news of Juanita's listing and major media outlets were quick to pounce. The four-bed, five-and-a-half-bath unit has spoils like a media room, smoking room, and a rec room. The penthouse spans the entire 40th and 41st floors of 1100 N Lake Shore Drive, plus rooftop deck and solarium. The asking price is $5M. Juanita also owns a new River North mansion, for which she paid $4.7M in 2007. Two huge places in the same vicinity? That's a lot for anyone, regardless of stature.
