"Not the most innovative design, but Amli's building to the south doesn't hold the corner either. The two taken together 'might' frame the negative space at the intersection of 9th and Clark decently. This is not a retail street where holding the corner would be more important. This dreary stretch of Clark is practically a highway between Polk and 16th or 17th anyway, and the 6 foot masonry fences of Dearborn Park across the street don't help.
