And now a more heartening architectural tidbit: six Chicago architects have been "elevated" to the American Institute of Architects' (AIA) prestigious College of Fellows, from this year's class of 105. The honorees: George Hinds, recognized for research; Leonard Koroski, for historic preservation; and Susan King, Jeffrey McCarthy, Steven Nilles, and James Prendergast, all for practice.
