For $1.45M: Beautiful 1880s LP Row Unscathed By Brokerese

The listing agent for this stupendous Lincoln Park rowhome got a little abbreviation-happy, but we think we can translate: "FIN LL GRT RM, OFF, BR, MRBL BTH" = Finished lower lever, great room, office, bedroom, marble bath. "FORMAL DR. CSTM FLR TO CEIL KIT CAB, S/S, QUARTZITE CT" = Formal dining room. Custom floor to ceiling kitchen cabinets, stainless steel, quartzite counters. "WHT MRBL 2 BOWL 2ND BTH" = White marble, two bowl sink second bathroom. And, lastly, "GRT CLST/STG" = Great closet and storage space. Know what else has great storage space? Koenig & Strey's listing page. Why not spell out these observations in full? It can't be that much of a time saver coming up with all this silly cropping. To fill in the blanks, the 4/3.5 corner property dates to 1885 and has the goods to transport you to that era: antique fireplaces and chandeliers, preserved molding, a beauty of a staircase, and a chiseled exterior. Basically, it's on point. The ask? $1.45M.
