The chunk of CTA-owned land adjacent to the Paulina Brown Line finally has an approved buyer: local developer Keeler-Fog Real Estate. The 11,000-square-foot surplus lot had been a nagging concern for residents of Roscoe Village over its three years on the market. Further aggravating these good folks, timetables and prospective deals had been cloaked in secrecy.
