Closer Look at JDL's Plans for Old Maryville Academy Site

New, 12 comments

To keep our Maryville coverage fresh, we'd like to share to some brand spankin' new renderings of the project, courtesy of Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture. First, a higher quality version of the rendering we posted with our recent update gives us a view of the south tower as seen from Montrose and Clarendon. Next, the eastern elevation shows the townhomes that will line the base of the north tower along Clarendon. We've also thrown in a detailed site plan (check out the pocket park on Montrose) and a few contextual shots. Wrapping things up is a look at the impressive fourth floor amenity space, which features an outdoor fitness space, pool, overlooks, running track, lounge area, and park space. Enjoy!
