Lakeshore East doesn't get a ton of play on Curbed, so we've opted to spotlight this pricey 3/3.5 unit in the Chandler. Hoping to ride the winds of an improving market, it first hit the scene at $1.85M--$375K above its '08 sales price. A few cuts later, and it's fallen slightly to $1.75M. The listing plays it up as a "penthouse style home," even though it falls some eight stories short of attaining that coveted status.
