The financial woes for star-crossed developer Garrett Kelleher continue to mount. In addition to a $77M foreclosure suit relating to his failed Chicago Spire project, Kelleher has also lost his Gold Coast home in a separate suit filed last year. Kelleher ponied up a reported $8.5M for the Georgian manse on Astor Street, where foreclosures are quite a rarity. Designed by Arthur Heun, the home clocks in at 10,284-square feet and features an English garden and a private courtyard.
