What/Where: A 4/4 ground floor duplex condo in Uptown
Size: 3,000 square feet
The Ask: ?

Four fireplaces in a condo? For real!? Only one is hooked up to the gas line, but it wouldn't take much to get 'em all roaring. This duplex dates to 1910 and looks like it checked out through the better part of the century. Brimming with original woodwork, the home also has built-in shelving, pocket doors, and vintage light fixtures. There are some updates, most notably the hardwood floors, modern kitchen, finished lower level with half of the beds and baths and a home office. Not pictured: master suite w/ walk-in closet and marble bath. The unit has been listed on a few separate occasions going back to December 2009, and has been price-chopped several times. Assessments are a low $269/month. What's her price status?
