Restored North Shore Victorian Mansion Wants $3.65M

New, 9 comments

Seeing this sparkling Queen Anne continue to idle just plain sucks. On and off the market for more than three years, the owners have long since departed. While no specific price history is given, price changes have been registered so we're pretty sure she was once listed above the current ask of $3.65M. With 11,400 square feet, a 1.4-acre lot, and proximity to the park and lake, that ask doesn't seem like a stretch. The interiors have been completely restored and boast spiral staircases and a rich mahogany library. Given the price point and how long it's languished, some staging might be in order. A personal fave: the sunroom with a curving wall of windows that looks out to nearby ravines. The 7/8.5 home also scores a double steam shower, elevator, balconies, guest suite, and a grand ballroom for the galas to come!
