Alderman Brendan Reilly is pretty enthused about the Wolf Point mega-development. In his regular online missive "Reilly Reports" he sums up the give and take negotiations of the past six months. To Ald. Reilly's mind, developer Hines Interests has made acceptable (and costly) improvements to its traffic management plan and riverfront greenspace component. The changes are listed in the ward report. Thusly, Ald. Reilly is ready to escort the modified plan to this month's meeting of the Chicago Plan Commission. Needless to say, this bodes quite well for the project and its stakeholders. [42nd Ward, previously]
