East Garfield Park isn't everyone's cup-o-tea, but when a whopper like this 6/4 stone home (can't quite tell if it's Brownstone) comes available for the nominal price of $205K it's hard to not devour it as novelty. The roughly 4,000 square feet of living space is pocked by bad decor and lifeless finishes. But the estate sale offering also includes many vintage treasures like the elaborately-carved oak staircase, stained glass windows, chandeliers, pocket doors, and set of fireplaces. The place is going "as is", so expect to have to deal with the green shag carpeting, bonkers paint job, and fugly kitchen all on your own.
