Two-Bed Whiteout in River North's The Sexton Asking $430K

New, 6 comments

Built in the early 1900s, this old warehouse building spans an entire city block near the trendy East Bank Club. The one-time digs of Sexton Foods, it's now home to condos like this 2/2 corner unit on the first floor. On the market for $430K after $100K worth of price chops, it's now yours for the taking... as is. With its all-white color scheme this one doesn't have as hard of an edge as the other lofts we've seen at this address, but you'll still get high ceilings and an open floor plan. The marble floors also take it outside of the mold of a traditional loft, though we did spy some exposed ductwork, albeit painted white. The 1,600-square foot home also rocks a laundry room, fireplace, and garage parking for an extra $30K.
