This fun dude is moving from "Blue Line Land" to "Red/Brown Line Land", and would like you to know that during his tenure in Logan Square he was a leader in the community (references furnished on request). Educator, Analyst, Social Entrepreneur, and Polymath, he also founded the Logan Square International Film Series. We can do nothing but laud him for that, but will it go the distance in prying a sublet from the competition? Since it's not a rooming situation, we're thinking credit and income are what count. But thanks anyway, the ad was memorable.
