Attention billionaires: it's baaaaack! One of the most spectacular homes we've ever laid eyes on, the 27,000-square foot mansion affectionately dubbed "Le Grand Reve," has returned to the market with big dreams of finally snaring that elusive buyer. Last September, the 6/8 North Shore home was headed to the auction block after languishing on the market for two years. But it ultimately failed to sell and has cycled on and off the market ever since. Listed as high as $32M (but also as low as $23M), you can now call this place home for $27M. But even at this sky-high ask, which works out to exactly $1,000/square foot, the owners still face a huge loss of $8-$13M right out of the gate. With so much grandeur crammed into this sucker it's hard to nail down the highlights. But any such list would most definitely include the outdoor pool, Tiffany dome, and two-story rotunda. We're guessing this won't be the last time we contend with this place.
