Hemmed in on one side by a railroad embankment, this two-story job in Roscoe Village couldn't look any less like its neighbors. Had we not known better, we might have assumed it was a coach house or maybe a garage. But, no, it's actually a swank $2.5M single family home. In fact, we paid a visit back when it was listed at $2.9M (it soared as high as $3.75M). The 7,200-square foot contempo interiors boast a media room and an indoor pool, the likes of which we've never seen before. But outdoor space is where this place really excels. Basketball court? Check. 4,000-square foot deck? Check. Our only complaint: the slit like windows make some areas of the home feel like a basement. The 6/6 home also manages a four-car heated garage, ten-foot ceilings, two kitchens, a game room, and heated floors. The brokerbabble emphatically declares that "this house will blow you away!" We concur.
