At Long Last, Rebori-Designed Duplex Sells For $1.159M

New, 4 comments

It took nearly four years, a fancy spread in Architectural Digest, and countless price chops, but the Andrew Rebori-designed condo in the Fisher Studio Houses has finally landed a buyer. Listed as high as $1.675M, we've been following the duplex unit's downward slide for the better part of two years. How relieved we are to see the bloodletting end! And, of course, it can't hurt to take one final look and see what this place is working with. Inside, a curved wall of glass block, a hallmark of the building's Art Moderne style, suffuses the 2,200-square foot interiors with a heavenly glow. Then there's the high ceilings, herringbone floors, and charming art glass windows. And for all its interior virtues, the place also throws in a very enticing outdoor terrace. So, just how much did she sell for? $1.159M.
