"I live and work in this area and think this is a terrible development. We don't need more ugly big box stores and parking lots in the neighborhood. It is already too congested and the streets are in awful shape. Parking is a nightmare. I for sure am voicing my opposition to the alderman. Real estate developers and big box retailers should not have the only voice in how our city and its neighborhoods are developed. This could be residential. There are lots of alternatives more appropriate to Chicago's near north side." —Anon [Structured Commits Suburban Design to Kingsbury & Eastman]
