Two months have passed since we last checked in on the Coast at Lakeshore East. There has been quite a bit of progress since then. The core is now two stories above Wacker Drive. And the four-story, 272-space parking structure has been poured. Thankfully, it will be tucked away below grade, sparing pedestrians the indignity of yet another street-level parking podium. Amenities at this 49-story, 499 unit rental building will include an outdoor pool, spa, and fitness center. Oh, and did we mention it will have spectacular city views? Check back for more updates!
