In hazarding their guesses on the price of this Lake View faux-triplex, our readers weren't distracted in the least by architectural gimmicks. All of the guesses were close but high, as a modest up-pricing was expected owing to the marketability of the quirks and general strangeness. The actual asking price: $249,900. One anonymous guest said that's exactly where it should be given its size. Seems the seller isn't trying anything fancy.
