Mr. Realtor, Get Me A Better Look Please

New, 9 comments

What are we to make of these curb shots? We know we're looking at a remarkable Greystone. We know it gets good shade. I guess the magnitude of the building is supposed to compensate for lazy photography. We don't think it should. Trees and fences are but minor obstacles for the gang at Curbed. If this realtor thought the house would sell itself, he should think twice. Just so happens this Kenwood home's been on the market continuously for a year-and-a-half, dropping its list price three times. It originally asked $1,250,000 and now wants only $849,000. Incidentally, the interior shots aren't much better. Maybe it's time to sling the camera and pay another visit.
