Jennifer Hudson, actress, American Idol runner-up, and the queen of dieting, opened her very first Weight Watchers Center in a Hyde Park strip mall on Tuesday. The Mayor, in attendance for the ribbon cutting, called Hudson "Chicago's ambassador to the world at large." [Hollywood Reporter]
