It Doesn't Take Much To Push Some Agents Over the Edge

New, 1 comment

It looks like listing agent Brad Lippitz was a little bit hopped up on caffeine when he penned the description for this Logan Square home. "You want wow? You have WOW! Perhaps even WOW!!!!" he writes. "Step inside & you will be mesmerized by the truly unbelivable [sic] voluminous spaces," he continues. The home, a converted storefront on Leavitt, which is "bursting w/ artistic energy," does look pretty nice. The living room has 20-foot ceilings capped with skylights; the master bathroom has a sauna; and the home has a roof terrace. But still. We've looked at a bunch of interesting storefront conversions over the past year, but the ebullient Lippitz writes that this place is "unlike anything else in the city & defying any convention." The 3BD, 2.5BA home hit the market yesterday for $985,000.
