It has been exactly one year since construction began on the new Black Ensemble Theater in Uptown, so today, the blog Uptown Update checks up on construction progress on the new theater. The theater has reached full height (although we can't see much of the materials), and the adjacent two-story brick building has been spruced up. According to the Black Ensemble website, the new building is set to open in November. [Uptown Update]
