Price Keeps Shrinking on Historic Queen Anne in Morgan Park

This 130-year-old home in Morgan Park is both "liveable and lovable," according to the listing, but those traits haven't translated into a sale. After more than 500 days on the market, the asking price of the historic Dr. German residence has dropped by $380,000, bringing it down to almost $100 per square foot. The interior is decked out in period furnishings, and it sits on an "exceptionally large lot" (85' x 260') with some attractive gardens. After it was first listed in April 2010 for $729,900, the price has fallen to $349,900. Any takers?
