"Yes, it's an improvement, but why not totally rethink this space? I'm not sure a public plaza/park will get the traffic that this group thinks, if there aren't any other offerings here. How many people are going to want to go hang out in a bus turnaround? I think the ideal model would be the North/Clybourn Red Line stop plaza. By including retail (the Apple Store) and removing the bus turnaround, people have a reason to be there other than commuting.
