Looking to get the jump on your summer 2012 apartment search? Via SkyscraperPage, we've learned that developer Hines Interests has launched a website for the new apartment complex that's currently under construction at 1233 N. Wells St. in Old Town. The development, now branded as "1225 Old Town," is set to bring 250 rental apartments and about 38,000 square feet of retail to the site of the former Grossinger Cadillac dealership in Old Town. The website is still under construction, and it doesn't provide much in the way of new information, but it does feature a new rendering of the building, showing the brick and glass structure in a bit more detail.
