Is it the decor, or is it the $1,711 monthly assessments that are preventing this vintage Gold Coast condo from selling? Could be a bit of both. The decor, as we've learned from an old Crib Chatter post, is a nod to 'Paris in the '20s.' It looks fun, but a tad overwrought. Still, with that 18-foot living room ceiling and decorative (working) fireplace, it looks like a pretty excellent space. According to the listing, the unit has been "updated but not mutilated." The two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,500-square-foot unit hit the market for $679,000 in 2008, and it has since dropped to $595,000.
