One year after announcing his retirement, architect Lucien Lagrange is pulling a Brett Favre. Curbed received a press release from VOA Associates earlier this morning announcing that the French-born architect will be joining the firm as a lead designer in VOA's luxury residential, hospitality and commercial mixed-use markets.
