We featured this Castlewood Terrace home as part of our Curbed Outdoors festivities earlier this summer because of its lovely landscaped back yard with a heavy-duty waterfall, but the interior isn't too shabby either. The 4,588-square-foot home has four large bedrooms, a nice sunroom, a finished basement, and a nice big balcony that faced Castlewood. The hundred-year-old home hit the market in late April for $1.175 million, and it sold just four months later for $950,000.
