"I toured this house at the beginning of the summer when it was re-listed on the market again. It needs intense work - the cat pee smell is so embedded in every wall of this place, it's inescapable, many of the "bedrooms" are windowless and smaller than a walk-in closet. The location is great, but the window exposures are on the 2 sides of the home which get no daylight, and it would appear the last time this place got any fixups/love would have been in the 80's when the current owner bought it.
