Late last week we noticed a couple of interesting developments at the Theurer-Wrigley House (better known as the Wrigley Mansion), one of Lincoln Park's most impressive old mansions. First, YoChicago reported that the historic home is currently for sale for $9.5 million, although it isn't listed on the MLS. Later, real estate broker Eric Rojas noticed that a lis pendens foreclosure had been filed against the property in mid-May. The more than 16,000-square-foot home is an official Chicago landmark, and it's listed on the National Register of Historic Places. For a look inside the home, check out this nearly 17-minute video tour Joe Zekas posted last week.
