A Basement Apartment in Bucktown for a Non-Sketchy Dude

Floorplans can be pretty useful if you're looking to rent out an apartment, but they also be be hard to come by, especially for basement-dwellers. This Craigslist poster who just so happens to be studying architecture at the Art Institute came up with a simple solution — draw the floorplan using text!

Exhibit A:

Nice to see an architecture student putting his talents to good use. Oh yes, and the room: It's $550/month, has a sink (but no toilet), and the only requirement is "that you are not sketchy and that you get along with the other dudes."
