South Loop Short Sale Loft Drops Below 2004 Sale Price

New, 1 comment

Any agent worth her commission will tell you that the stated price of a short sale can often have little bearing on reality. But with that in mind, it doesn't hurt to look! This 2,400-square-foot unit made it on our February list of Chicago's loftiest industrial lofts, because of its size, wide open floorplan, and great city views. Back then, it was listed at $795,000, and after a few recent price chops it's now down to $589,000. Garage parking is $25K, and the unit is being sold as-is.
